E-Squared: Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments by Pam Grout
This book was the first book to change my life. I recommend it to anyone who feels stuck in life. Plus, it’s fun and interactive!
This book is a great follow up read to E-Squared. I read it and did the experiments after about 2 years of experiences and honing my magic I learned about in E-Squared. It’s a fun further study that deepens one’s belief in oneself and the Universe within.
Can you tell I love Pam Grout? Living Big is a compilation of real life stories about people who said “fuck it” and followed their instincts and there heart and how the Universe rewarded them over and over for it. It’s the inspirational kick in the arse we all need.
Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian L. Weiss, M.D.
Where do I begin with this book? This is the second book to entirely change my life. I won’t reveal too much except to say that for the first time in my life I know what I believe and I’m no longer afraid of death or the “mystery” of the afterlife. I also no longer question my purpose on this planet. I no longer feel held back by doubts or big fears. READ. THIS. BOOK.
Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth by Ina May Gaskin
It may sound like I complain a lot during my pregnancy but I would be a lot worse off if I hadn’t read this book. Thanks to this book I have absolutely zero fears or trepidation surrounding labor and delivery. On the contrary, I am eager and excited about the experience and I am going into it with a state of peace I’ve never before known. If you are pregnant or plan to ever be or are just genuinely fascinated by the power of the woman’s body then read this book. It’s captivating and eye opening and filled with positive reassurances.
